Cultivate Your Energy: Embodied practices for being a Lighthouse
Being a human in this modern moment is no small feat. We need spaces, practices, and community to help us process, revitalize, and get clear on who we want to be and how we want to show up. We get to be a lighthouse for ourselves and our communities.
This weekend provides an intentionally curated collection of practices including The 360 Emergence, yoga asana, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra, all geared towards creating inner stability, amplifying power, and freeing the spirit. After three days of intentional practice, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated, clear, and ready to share your light.
This program is for anyone looking to take refuge within their body and turn towards practice to process what it means to be a human right now. This is for those who see the value of being sangha, in community of like-hearted people in practice. Those seeking intentional time immersed in a spiritually potent and naturally beautiful environment will benefit from this offering.
During this retreat, you will experience:
The 360 Emergence: A guided free form movement practice that is both musically and spirit driven
Meditation: Tantric style of meditation which focuses on intentionally moving prana through the body to yield energetic results
Breathwork: Cathartic and expressive experience that helps process energy at an efficient and impactful rate
Yoga Nidra: The art of yogic sleep
By the end of this retreat, you will experience:
A restored sense of ease
A rejuvenated nervous system
A sense of freedom in your body
Familiarity with different styles of practice to lean into
Connection to a community of wonderful people
The memory of an enjoyable and impactful weekend
